KHURRAM HASHMI
The senior partner of the
firm is Mr. Khurram Hashmi. He is a Barrister at Law of
Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He obtained his
L.L.B. degree from the University of Westminster,
London. He has also completed Mastering Negotiation,
Building Sustainable Agreements, Executive Education at
the Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of
Government.
Mr.
Hashmi provided consultancy to the office of the
Attorney General for Pakistan from the year 2002 to
2007. He was involved with the most imperative
litigation of the country. While at the office of the
Attorney General he was also involved in reviewing
Government of Pakistan’s draft agreements relating to
promotion and reciprocal protection of investments
with various countries and advised the Attorney General
on these agreements. During that period he also assisted

UMAIR MAJEED MALIK
Mr. Umair
Majeed Malik is a partner in the firm. He graduated from
Cardiff Law School, University of Wales, United Kingdom.
After successful completion of the Bar Vocational Course
from Inns of Court School of Law, City University
(London), he was called to the bar by the Hon’ble
Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Mr. Malik worked with National
Accountability Bureau (NAB) as a Legal Consultant and
also represented NAB and Government of Pakistan in the
regional seminar on “Anti-Money Laundering and Combating
the Financing of Terrorism for Criminal Justice
Officials” at IMF-Singapore Regional Training Institute,
Singapore, where he also read a paper on the subject on
behalf of GOP. He also assisted the Attorney General for
Pakistan in various cases before the Supreme Court of
Pakistan and the High Courts in the years 2005 to 2007.
He has a vast litigation experience in the commercial
and white-collar cases. He regularly advises various
banks and other financial and regularity institutions.
Mr. Malik’s practice focuses on commercial, corporate,
property, NGO and banking laws with particular emphasis
on joint ventures, business & infrastructure
transactions, mergers and acquisitions, Public Private
Partnership transactions and employment agreements.
OSMAN KARIM KHAN
Mr. Osman Karim Khan is a partner in the firm. He has obtained his LLM in Maritime &
Commercial Law; and LLB (Honours) from the University of
Wales Swansea, United Kingdom. He has worked for the
Immigration Advisory Service, Swansea, U.K. and UNHCR,
Islamabad. Mr. Khan has special expertise in Commercial,
Private International and Maritime Law. He is
also a assistant
professor at the Islamic University, Islamabad and is
teaching various subjects of law
