All Praises and Thanks for Almighty Allah (SWT) Who gave us the knowledge and the opportunity of presenting our housing projects to the members of our community.
We started our journey of designing and developing residential and commercial projects two decades ago in Malaysia.During this period in Malaysia we successfully completed various residential and commercial projects.
In 2001 we moved to Pakistan and started a residential project of 96 housing units in the name of CITI Villas, near High Court building Rawalpindi.With the blessing of Allah (SWT) we successfully completed and handed over these houses to the owners. It is a peaceful and clean living place in this area of the Rawalpindi.
We are offering CITI Homes, keeping in mind the current energy crisis and the economic conditions in the country.These quality houses are carefully designed, compact and require lesser energy for cooling and heating.
The prices of CITI Homes are on the lower side with good quality construction, finishing material and with a nominal profit margin.We offer the options of luxurious material finish and furnishing as well.
