AQUAKENZO Automatic Turnkey Bottled Water Project for Mineral Water Industry

AQUAKENZO R.O.System is Single Skid Mounted System and can be Installed at anywhere with Filtered water Inlet. This system consists of Chlorination, De-Chlorination, Pressure Sand Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Antiscalent Dosing, MCF, HPP and R.O.Memebranes with Pressure Vessels and sophisticated Instruments with Programmed Control Logic for its full proof Operation. System Include the Electrical and Instrument Control panel on Skid.

AQUAKENZO Provides the S.S. - 316 Storage Tanks with MCF for Final Polisher of semi treated water after Mineral Adding. The Mineral rich treated water pass through the Ultra Violet System to the Ozonation Re-Circulation tank. The Tanks are with its S.S. 316 Supply pumps and Level Indicator and Controller.

AQUAKENZO Recommend the Ozonation for better Product self life once it is packed. AQUAKENZO Ozonation System with PSA Oxygen Generator and Air purification system before Ozone Preparation to avoid air contamination.

AQUAKENZO offers S.S. - 316 Re-Circulating Tank for better dissolution of Ozone in Treated water with re-circulating Pump and Final Product Supply Pump with all Piping and Valves. AQUAKENZO also undertake the Piping work from Storage Tanks to Rinsing & Filling Machines

Machine equipped with PLC Controlled with Preform Hooper and positing channel for automatic preforms loading. Machine also equipped with Auto ejector to transfer the empty bottles transfer to Air conveyor for filling machine. The conveyor also equipped with Bottle dropper in case of conveyor full with Bottles.

Machine Supplied with High Air Pressure Compressor with Mould, Cooling Tower, Air Dryer and Air Filter with other utilities

Bottle Rinsing, Filling and Capping Machine

Machine equipped with Auto Lubrication System with Neck Holding system to minimize the change parts between the different filling volumes of container.

The Filling machine has Air Exhaust type filling system which will fill the accurate filling volume in the Bottle. Such features eliminate the typical adjustment of filling volume especially when different product volumes to be fill.

The Machine supplied with Air Conveyor and S.S. Slat conveyor for better handling and transportation of Empty and Filled Bottle.

Batch and date Coding Inkjet Printer

Online Batch and Date Coding machine for continuous printing on Bottle Two line or Four line Prating features are available Machine origin from Imaje – France make.

Self Adhesive Sticker Labelling Machine

Self Adhesive pressure sensitive Sticker Labelling machine is economical solution for any automatic Labelling system requirement. With this concept the raw material cost is higher then any other labelling option.

1 ) PVC Shrink Label :- Manual Loading with Shrink Tunnel
2 ) OPP Hot melt Label :- Automatic machine is require which capital investment is high but the Raw Material is cheaper than any other option

Shrink Wrapping machine :- Group Packing machine

Automatic Group Packing Machine will produce the different sizes of group as per requirement and design. The Finished product will transfer automatically to the shrink wrapping machine and packed in LDPE plastic film as per the group requirement without any corrugated tray.

The Finished group of bottle placed on pallets and stretch packed with machine and its ready to supply for the market after testing of Bottles and passed by QC people approval after 72 Hours.
